Laizhou Jincheng Machinery Co.Ltd. is a custom manufacture in hot forging and machining in China. The company was established in 1985 year and covers more than 50,000㎡. We have over 500 equipment including 8 forging lines (Max 2500T), heat treatment equipment, surface treatment and CNC machines and complete test equipment.
Our Customers and representative products:
Our representative products have shift fork, released fork and steering knuckle arm for CV which occupies about 70% domestic market. And we also produce king-pin/shaft, rod, coupling,flange,Rod and multi-shaft, control arms and hinges etc.
With IATF 16949, ISO14001, ISO10012-2003, we have become the long-term partner & solution-provider for FAST,FAW,CARRARO,VOLVO,W.E.LOTT etc. We are providing OEM service for the World Top 500.
What we can provide for you:
1)Steel hot forged parts, weight from 0.5kg~25kgs, we can provide custom made forged parts according to your drawing. Our annual forging capacity is 8000 tons.
2)Machining parts, we have advanced CNC machines from home and abroad, annual capacity is 3million pieces.
